Trades & Labour Hire Pty Ltd is committed to meeting the requirements of ISO:9001 Quality Management Systems and improving standards of service delivery by:
· Establishing, documenting and regularly reviewing standards of service delivery.
· Setting, monitoring and reviewing corporate objectives and targets.
· Effectively managing strategic, operational and administrative risks.
· Providing adequate resources and appropriate technology, training and development for all staff.
· Complying with all relevant Federal, State and Local laws.
· Integrating Management Systems and processes to align with current best practice.
· Identifying, responding to, and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
Achieving best practice standards of service delivery requires an ongoing commitment from everyone.
Directors - ensure adequate resources are made available and corporate objectives and targets are regularly set and reviewed.
Managers - ensure high standards of service delivery are maintained.
Employees & Contract Staff - adhere to service standards and participate in the continual improvement process.
